INDIA-TÜRKİYE BILATERAL TRADE RELATIONS

The India-Türkiye economic and commercial cooperation constitutes an important dimension of the bilateral relationship.

The trade volume between two countries reached its pre-pandemic peak in 2018 as 8,7 billion Dollars.

With the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, the trade volume between two countries decreased to 5.7 billion Dollars in the end of 2020.

Between 2020-2021 the trade volume between two countries bounced back and reached 9.2 billion Dollars in 2021.

In 2022 bilateral trade volume exceed 12 billion Dollars.

Both countries’ leaders agreed to make efforts to enhance bilateral trade up to 20 billion Dollars.
